To encourage young people and families to cook with potatoes, we reinvented the classic shepherd’s pie recipe, turning it into a layered casserole covered with cheese curds and cooked on the barbecue. The recipe drew attention on social media because it was original and easy to make. The video even broke the record for most views on the 5‑15 magazine Facebook page! After the video was released, we received a lot of feedback from customers who made and loved the recipe.
