We implemented a human resources marketing strategy for Venmar to help the company reach specific, measurable objectives, both in terms of retaining current employees and acquiring potential candidates externally. The purpose of the strategy was to provide the human resources department with various types of content (employer brand videos, targeted posts on LinkedIn and Indeed, etc.) shared via relevant channels of communication.
We were able to draw from our own employer‑brand strategy (that of Pratico-Pratiques) to create this strategy for a business operating in a completely different industry. We also used a social media strategy to ensure we had identified the personality of the business beforehand in order to perfectly meet its human resources objectives.
