PRATICO-PRATIQUES – HR MARKETING STRATEGY

Project description

To support the company’s growth, as well as its move to new premises, the Pratico team implemented a content marketing strategy based on HR marketing. We are still pursuing this strategy, primarily on social media, where we share photos and videos highlighting the employee experience and the company’s employer brand. Our employees are the stars of these posts.

The simplicity and natural touch of this campaign aligns perfectly with Pratico’s personality and DNA. Employee involvement in the development of the campaign also encouraged interaction and sharing on social media.
