FÉDÉRATION DES PRODUCTEURS D’ŒUFS DU QUÉBEC – COOKBOOK “BRUNCH”

Project description

We incorporated a special brunch feature into 5 ingrédients, 15 minutes magazine to promote eggs as a food. The goal was to showcase how versatile eggs can be and to inspire readers to try making new dishes for festive or fancy brunches. The exclusive recipes were simple and easy to make. The feature contained not only tempting pictures, but also useful information about eggs.

Our chefs developed the recipes published in this feature, which was shot in-studio with the help of our culinary stylists. We developed a video for one of the recipes, which can be viewed on the 5 ingrédients, 15 minutes website. The periodical’s readers are a highly desirable demographic, as it reaches the greatest number of young families of any magazine in Quebec.
